Usage

Extra virgin olive oil is the highest-quality oil in terms of taste and aroma, with the lowest acidity level. It can be used to flavor cooked dishes or pour over uncooked salads. It is also ideal for the frying or cooking of the daily dishes.

Tip: Create homemade salad dressing in minutes by mixing equal parts olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey.

Τhe producer

Theodoros, continues the long family tradition in olive growing. For five generations his family cultivates the variety "Manaki" with dedication and passion according to the international principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture. The precious fruit of olives are harvested early and oil extraction is done the same day by cold pressing. This produces unfiltered olive oil with freshly cut fruit aromas and distinctive color.
