Producers collect the black currant fruit usually in August, the drain in specially designed open spaces called threshing. Eight days later (dependent on time) to turn to be dried and on the other side, and after 2-3 days remove the nipple from the stem and the discard the unnecessary bodies separate raisins per size.
Apples stuffed with raisins and walnuts
4 apples, raisins, walnuts, cinnamon
Cut the apples at the bottom and remove the interior digging carefully, so as not to cut them.
Mix nuts, raisins and cinnamon and with the mixture fill the apples.
Cook the apples in the oven for 30 minutes.
Serve while they are hot
